Special Event Request

Register your event with the GT Fire Safety Office to ensure compliance with life safety and fire safety protection codes. All Special Event requests must be submitted for review 2 weeks in advance of the event. The GT Fire Safety Office will review the following:

  • Tent Locations and Layouts
  • Event Layouts
  • Event Support
  • Crowd Management Requirements
  • Stage Locations
  • Inflatable Fixtures

To request a review for a special event, please complete the form below. The GT Fire Safety Office will contact you with any questions they may have, as well as notify you when it has been approved.
